Pine Belt Quail Farms began as the vision of a group of retired veterans and lifelong Pine Belt families who wanted to put honest food on the tables of South Mississippi. As owners and family farmhands, we have always believed a meal brings folks together, but it is the care that happens before the table that truly matters. Every quail we raise is tended by hand, right here on our land in Petal, with a constant eye on animal well-being and clean, safe handling. Our commitment grew from gratitude for our community and the strong ties built through service. Growing up and raising our own families here taught us the value of working for your neighbors, respecting the land, and serving with integrity. Pine Belt Quail Farms is led by Charles W Smith and his son Hunter C Smith, both lifelong residents of the Pine Belt and proud veterans.
